1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate independently and have no government authority. We do not store official criminal records, run official background checks, issue certified copies, or file documents for users.

The site points readers toward offices and systems that may hold Desha County criminal-history information, including the Desha County Sheriff, Dumas Police, McGehee Police, Desha County Circuit Court, district-court departments, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, Arkansas DOC, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System. Arkansas public-record access is shaped by the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. §§ 25-19-101 through 25-19-111, while criminal-history dissemination is controlled by Ark. Code Ann. § 12-12-1010. Some pages also connect to third-party search tools.

This warning is especially important for Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System data, which exists for lawful public-safety awareness. Misuse of registry information can carry legal consequences.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services for FCRA-regulated decision-making. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:
